Denver Christkindlmarket
For more than 20 years, the German Cultural Foundation has supported the annual Denver Christkindlmarket hosted and produced by the German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter and has watched it grow from a 3-day event in the early years to this year’s 30 plus-day event at its location at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver.

German Language Education
In December 2023 The German Cultural Foundation hosted approximately 400 high school students for an afternoon at the Denver ChristkindlMarket. All the students were learning German in school. A number of school groups had learned German Christmas carols and performed in the Greek Theater at the Market.
The GACC donated $10 vouchers for the students to use to pay for their lunches at the Market. Entertainment was provided by the Krampuses and the Denver Brass performed in the Festival Hall.
This year the GCF and the GACC will host hundreds of Colorado and Wyoming student who are learning German and their teachers at the Christkindl Market to once again give them a German holiday experience.

Beethoven in the Rockies
Inspired by the immense legacy of Ludwig van Beethoven, we aim to engage and promote local and guest artists among the audiences of the Northern Colorado region, celebrating their rich cultural heritages. Through our diverse musical events, we enrich the cultural lives of our communities, and provide them with affordable access to excellent performances and educational experiences, in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The Beethoven in the Rockies Concert Series is supported by a community of energetic and passionate lovers of classical music.

German American Treffpunkt - Denver
The German American Treffpunkt (= meeting point), a collaboration between the German Cultural Foundation, the German Honorary Consul, and the German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter, aims to foster synergy and engagement. With a dedicated co-working space for GACC-CO members and versatile event spaces, it brings together GACC members, German and Colorado companies, and organizations to build a vibrant community.
The co-working space designed for GACC-CO members will provide a work environment in which new synergies and collaboration can thrive. The event spaces provide plenty of opportunity to host business and cultural events for the community.
